32-15 January 6, 2015 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Land Use Regulations of the Township of West Orange Chapter 25, Section 25-56.3 and 25-55.2 requires the posting of application fees and an escrow fee for all Preliminary and Final Site Plan Applications; and WHEREAS an application fee of $3,950.00 and an escrow fee of $5,000.00 has been submitted in connection with application PB-08-08 property known as Block: 155, Lot: 26, 375 Mt. Pleasant Avenue; and WHEREAS the applicant has submitted an email dated December 3, 2014 requesting that any remaining escrow fees be refunded. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the escrow fee submitted for the Site Plan application be returned, as delineated in Schedule A. *Schedule A attached Karen J.
