5-16 January 5, 2016 RESOLUTION Downtown West Orange Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Jerry Guarino, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Downtown West Orange Alliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Jerry Guarino, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance for a one year term commencing on January 1, 2016 and expiring on December 31, 2016.
