15-16 January 5, 2016 R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Change Order No. 1 and Final between the Township of West Orange and Granada Construction Corporation, 147 Thomas Street, Newark, New Jersey 07114 for the project 2015 Road Improvements, Phase I Various Streets; High Street, Orange Place which represents a decrease of $17,518.99 to a final project cost of $664,379.01 from an authorized amount of $681,898.00 or a 2.57 percent decrease in the authorized expenditures is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Township Engineer is authorized to execute the Change Order.
