Carnevale, RMC Office of the Township Clerk 66 Main Street West Orange, New Jersey 07052 Township of West Orange RESOLUTION No. 16-16 WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) recently completed a traffic investigation on NJ State Highway No. 10 in the Township of West Orange. WHEREAS, the NJDOT investigation revealed the current centerline pavement markings on NJ State Highway No. 10 meet and conform to current design standards; and WHEREAS, the NJDOT will update existing records to reflect current No Passing Zone Conditions along NJ State Highway No. 10; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, in the State of New Jersey, that it supports the use of a “No Passing Zone” on NJ State Highway No. 10.
