3-18 January 9, 2018 RESOLUTION Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “ERSCHA”); and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Victor Cirilo, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Victor Cirilo, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of ERSCHA for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2018.
