4-18 January 9, 2018 RESOLUTION West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Jerry Guarino, for a one-year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Jerry Guarino, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2018.
