54-13 March 19, 2013 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange has established an Employee Assistance Program through the State of New Jersey, Department of Personnel, Employee Advisory Service; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange wishes to continue this Employee Assistance Program through the State of New Jersey, Department of Personnel, Employee Advisory Service for the 2012 calendar year to provide Township employees with counseling services to enhance morale and performance; and WHEREAS, the cost of providing the Employee Assistance Program is $4,500.00 per calendar year. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Township of West Orange Municipal Council authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement with the State of New Jersey Department of Personnel Employee Advisory Service to provide these services for the 2012 calendar year at an amount not to exceed $4,500.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution and supporting documentation remain on file with the Municipal Clerk for inspection by the public. Karen J.
