2370-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE CREATING A RECLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE OF CERTAIN TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES SETTING FORTH THEIR TITLES, CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY RANGES AND ADOPTING A SALARY GUIDE AND ESTABLISHING THE EMPLOYEE’S STATUS AS A TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEE AND UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL SERVICE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange as follows: SECTION 1. That an ordinance amending an ordinance adopting and creating a reclassification and salary schedule of certain Township of West Orange Municipal employees, setting a salary guide and establishing the employee’s status as a Township employee and under the guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel as filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk for the following positions: TITLE MIN. MAX. 1/1/12 COAH Coordinator 2,500. Municipal Alliance Coordinator 3,125 . SECTION 2. This ordinance and the titles and salary ranges herein provided shall become effective January 1, 2012. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances heretofore enacted which are inconsistent with any provision of this ordinance are, to the extent of such inconsistency, hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. _______________________ ROBERT D.
