591-18 April 10, 2018 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Eagle Rock License, Inc., 495 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 is the current holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-022-004, of the Township of West Orange; and WHEREAS, application has been made for a person to person and place to place transfer of the above-mentioned license to Jihui Lin, Sakura Grill & Buffet, Inc., t/a Umami Sushi Bar, 495 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052; and WHEREAS, the principals of the applicant have been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license having been found and the transfer having been recommended for approval; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on December 28, 2017 and January 4, 2018 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted regarding the proposed person to person and place to place transfer on April 10, 2018, and no one appeared in opposition thereto; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council sitting as the ABC Board for the Township of West Orange, hereby approves the person to person and place to place transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-022-004, from Eagle Rock License, Inc., 495 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 to Jihui Lin, Sakura Grill & Buffet, Inc., t/a Umami Sushi Bar, 495 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 KAREN J.
