108-18 April 24, 2018 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PREPAYMENT OF 2018 THIRD & FOURTH QUARTER TAXES TO THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO SALE OF PROPERTY WHEREAS, certain West Orange property owner prepaid 2018 taxes and is now selling the property; WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Township of West Orange has indicated that such Taxpayers is entitled to refund to the extent of such prepayment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Tax Collector and the Treasurer of the Township of West Orange be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cause to be paid to the taxpayer on the attached list sums in full and final satisfaction of the prepayment of the 2018 third and fourth quarter taxes.
