592-18 May 8, 2018 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Wilshire Caterers, LLC, t/a Wilshire Catering, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052 is the current holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-048-011, of the Township of West Orange; and WHEREAS, application has been made for a place to place transfer (expansion of premises) of the above-mentioned license; and WHEREAS, the principals of the applicant have been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license having been found and the transfer having been recommended for approval; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on April 5, 2018 and April 12, 2018 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted regarding the proposed place to place transfer (expansion of premises) on May 8, 2018, and no one appeared in opposition thereto; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council sitting as the ABC Board for the Township of West Orange, hereby approves the place to place (expansion of premises) transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-048-011, Wilshire Caterers, LLC, t/a Wilshire Catering, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052 KAREN J.
