169-18 July 17, 2018 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a Special Assessment Trust in the amount of $436.57 was assessed on the property located at Block 87, Lot 2.02 on the Tax Map of the Township of West Orange, known as 3 Park Place located in Llewellyn Park (the “Property”); and WHEREAS, the Property is owned by the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, the Township legally barred from assessing taxes or assessments against the State of New Jersey or its agencies. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, that the Special Assessment Trust in the amount of $436.57 on the Property are hereby cancelled of record. ________________________________ Karen J.
