184-18 August 7, 2018 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, THEODORE REINHARDT III & KRISTEN REINHARDT, are the owners of the single family dwelling at 33 FERRIS DRIVE (Block 176.23, Lot 8): and WHEREAS, THEODORE REINHARDT III, is a honorably discharged veteran who has been certified as one hundred (100%) totally disabled veteran entitled to exemption from real estate taxes pursuant to N.J.S. 54: 4-3.30 et seq; and WHEREAS, THEODORE REINHARDT III, has been granted total exemption from real estate taxes as of May 30, 2018; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that THEODORE REINHARDT III be granted exemption from real estate taxes, as a totally disabled veteran, as of the third quarter of 2018, pursuant to N.J.S. 54: 4-3.30 et seq.
