WHEREAS , pursuant to the provision of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15, the governing body may include provisions for a contract extension upon a finding that the services are being performed in an effective a n d e f f i c i e n t m a n n e r . NOW LET IT BE RESOLVED , by the Council of the Township of West Orange to extend the contract to rent the following equipment: three Wheel Loaders with attachments and one Snow Plow i n c l u d i n g d r o p o f f a n d p i c k u p f e e s t o J e s c o , I n c . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchasing agent is hereby authorized to arrange to pay by purchase order in accordance with the terms of the specifications and from funds certified a v a i l a b l e b y t h e C h i e f F i n a n c i a l O f f i c e r .
