223-18 September 25, 2018 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, in 2017 Block 107, Lot 1.04, ASI inadvertently put an added assessment on a non-existent lot number; and WHEREAS, Block 107, Lot 1.04 is on the books in the duplicate resulting in an added assessment for a non-existing lot; WHEREAS, the Tax Collector will cancel the added assessment; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT, AND HEREBY IT IS, RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, that the tax assessor and tax collector be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cancel the added assessment on Block 107, Lot 1.04 for the year 2017.
