3-19 January 8, 2019 RESOLUTION Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “ERSCHA”); and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilwoman Michelle Casalino, for a one-year term as Council Representative to the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilwoman Michelle Casalino, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of ERSCHA for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2019.
