6-19 January 8, 2019 RESOLUTION West Orange Municipal Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the West Orange Municipal Alliance; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilwoman Cindy Matute-Brown, for a one-year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Municipal Alliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilwoman Cindy Matute-Brown, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the West Orange Municipal Alliance for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2019.
