10-19 January 8, 2019 RESOLUTION Joint Meeting Commission WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Joint Meeting Commission; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Jerry Guarino for a two-year term as Council Representative to the Joint Meeting Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Jerry Guarino, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Joint Meeting Commission for a two-year term commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2020.
