11-19 January 8, 2019 RESOLUTION Insurance Fund Commission WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate two of the Council Members as members of the Insurance Fund Commission; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilman Jerry Guarino and Councilwoman Cindy Matute-Brown, for a two-year term as Council Representatives to the Insurance Fund Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilman Jerry Guarino and Councilwoman Cindy Matute- Brown, be and hereby are appointed as members of the Insurance Fund Commission for a term commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2020.
