2562-19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-25, LOADING ZONES, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Subsection 7-25, Loading Zones, of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows: (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Name of Street Hours/Days Sides Location Ashland Avenue Monday through East Beginning at a point 111 feet south of the Saturday 7:00 A.M. southerly curbline of Lakeside Avenue, and To 6:00 P.M. extending to a point 200 feet southerly there from. Charles Street Monday, Tuesday, North Beginning at the westerly curbline of and Wednesday Ashland Avenue, and extending to a point 8:00 A.M. to 115 feet westerly there from. 5:00 P.M. Charles Street All North Beginning at a point 159 feet west of the westerly curbline of Ashland Avenue and extending to a point 80 feet westerly there from. Section 2. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. 2562-19 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance amends the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange Chapter 7-25, Loading Zones, to remove no longer relevant loading zones on Ashland Avenue and Charles Street near the Edison Lofts project, and adding a new loading zone on Charles Street to accommodate trash removal from the Edison Lofts site.
