92-13 May 7, 2013 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Land Use Regulations of the Township of West Orange Chapter 25, Section 25-56.3 and 25-55.2 requires the posting of application fees and escrow fees for all Preliminary and Final Site Plan Applications; and WHEREAS application fees and escrow fees have been posted in connection with a Zoning Board of Adjustment application as indicated in Schedule A*; and WHEREAS it has been determined that there still remains a balance of escrow fees posted for this applications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the balance of escrow fees posted for this application be refunded, as delineated in Schedule A. *Schedule A attached Karen J.
