94-13 May 7, 2013 RESOLUTION OF INTENT DECLARING THAT ANY FUTURE REVENUE DERIVED FROM ANY UNDEVELOPED PORTION OF BLOCK 158, LOT 39 AND KNOWN AS 55-57 RIDGEWAY AVENUE BE USED TO REIMBURSE THE OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARK ON THE REMAINDER OF THE PARCEL Whereas, the Mayor of West Orange has recommended the development of a park on a portion of the 6.238 acres property designated as Block 158, Lot 39 and known as 55-57 Ridgeway Avenue; and, Whereas, the parcel is owned by the Township of West Orange; and, Whereas, the West Orange Opens Space and Recreation Committee has endorsed the concept put forth by the Mayor; and, Whereas, the West Orange Opens Space and Recreation Committee has approved the financing the development of this park using funds from the West Orange Open Space Trust Fund; and , Whereas, the West Orange Opens Space and Recreation Committee has recommended that any future revenue derived from any portion of the parcel be used to reimburse the Open Space and Recreation Trust Fund for the development of this park; Therefore, be it resolved, that any future revenue derived from any portion of the parcel be considered to be used to reimburse the Open Space Trust Fund for the development of this park.
