10-20 January 7, 2020 RESOLUTION Oscar Schindler Performing Arts Center WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Oscar Schindler Performing Center and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilwoman Cindy Matute-Brown, for a one-year term as Council Representative to the Oscar Schindler Performing Arts Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilwoman Cindy Matute-Brown, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Oscar Schindler Performing Arts Center for a one- year term commencing on January 1, 2020 and expiring on December 31, 2020.
