11-20 January 7, 2020 RESOLUTION West Orange Board of Education Liaison WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the West Orange Board of Education Liaison; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilwoman Michelle Casalino, for a one-year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Board of Education Liaison. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilwoman Michelle Casalino, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the West Orange Board of Education Liaison for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2020 and expiring on December 31, 2020.
