49-20 March 3, 2020 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Associated Appraisal Group (“Associated”) responded to the Township’s Request for Qualifications pursuant to a fair and open process for a professional services agreement for appraisal services for the Township’s Tax Department for the year 2020; and WHEREAS, Associated has agreed to provide appraisal services for the calendar year 2020, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit “A;” and NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an agreement, in the form annexed hereto, to retain Associated Appraisal Group to provide appraisal services to the Township of West Orange’s Tax Department on the terms and conditions set forth therein; and it is further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
