The light fixtures, poles and electrical equipment and cabinets will be purchased by the Township for installation by Quality Electrical Construction. i. 121-13 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Purchase Lighting Equipment from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, Oskaloosa, IA at a Cost of $146,734.00 This authorizes the Township to purchase the lighting equipment required to light the track and field at the West Orange High School directly from Musco Sports Lighting based on their pricing to the Keystone Purchasing Network, a national purchasing cooperative. This equipment will be installed as per the contract awarded by Resolution 120-13. Purchasing the equipment at a cost of $146,734 results in a lower total project cost than if purchased by the contractor, Quality Electrical Construction, who will perform the installation. j. 122-13

Orange, NJ in the amount of $406,481.00 for Base Bid, Altnerate No.3 and Alternate No. 4 for Ridgeway Park Site and Landscape Improvements This is an award of a construction contract to Scalora Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $406,481 for improvements associated with the new Ridgeway Park on Ridgeway Avenue. k. 123-13Resolution to Award a Contract to PSE&G to Install Site Lighting in the New Ridgeway Park Consisting of 6 Post Lamps and 16 Bollard Lights for a Fee of $45,364.42 Associated with the improvement of Ridgeway Park is site lighting. This awards a contract to the local utility company, Public Service Electric and Gas, to provide, install and maintain the site lighting which consists of six post lamps and sixteen bollard lamps, at a cost of $45,364.42. l. 124-13 Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Abandoned Cars Be Sold At Auction m. 125-13 Resolution Authorizing an Award of Contract to Mike Shannon Sports, 1010 Edgehill Terrace, Whippany, NJ in the Amount NTE $30,000. This resolution will award a contract to purchase goods at a competitive price for various programs operated by the West Orange Recreation Department. Funding is from monies collected from these various programs and funds available in the Recreation 2013 operating budget. n.
