114-13 June 11, 2013 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Township Council of the Township of West Orange has the authority pursuant to the applicable state statutes and municipal ordinances, to appoint a Deputy Township Clerk; and WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is desirous of reappointing JoAnn Behar to that position; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that JoAnn Behar be and hereby is reappointed Deputy Clerk of the Township of West Orange for a two (2) year term beginning on July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that she shall perform the duties of the Township Clerk in the absence or disability of the Township Clerk or upon the direction of the Township Clerk and she shall perform such other duties as may be directed by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, all in accordance with the applicable state statutes and municipal ordinances; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that JoAnn Behar is hereby appointed Assistant Secretary to the Alcoholic Beverage Control for the Township of West Orange and shall perform the duties of the Secretary of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the Township of West Orange in the absence or disability of the Secretary of the Alcoholic Beverage Control of the Township of West Orange.
