119-13 June 11, 2013 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Township of West Orange, through the West Orange Emergency Repairs/Energy Efficiency Program, under the mandatory Affordability Assistance requirements of the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH), offers monetary assistance to homeowners who have affordability controls on their homes and to other affordable properties that are part of the Township’s approved Fair Housing Plan in order to provide Emergency Repairs and improve the Energy Efficiency and lower their energy costs; and WHEREAS, West Orange Township has prepared an Emergency Repairs/Energy Efficiency Program Operating Manual to establish rules for the operation of the program. NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the Emergency Repairs/Energy Efficiency Program Operating Manual is hereby adopted for use by the Township in implementing this program.
