127-13 June 11, 2013 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange has the need to purchase network computer equipment and software for the purpose of consolidation by creating a Local Area Network (LAN); and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12a and N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.29(c), may by resolution and without advertising for bids, purchase any goods or services under any contract for such goods or services entered into on behalf of the State by the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange intends to purchase Dell computer equipment and software from Dell Marketing WSCA/NASPO Contract #B7160 and State Contract #70256/WN88ABZ in an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of the Township of West Orange hereby authorizes the contract with Dell Marketing BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Business Administrator is hereby authorized to arrange to pay for the foregoing in accordance with the terms of said Purchase Order on behalf of the Township of West Orange from funds certified by the Chief Financial Officer.
