139-13 July 1 6, 2013 RESOLUTION Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “ERSCHA”); and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Victor Cirilo, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Victor Cirilo, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of ERSCHA for a term commencing on July 1, 2013, and expiring on June 30, 2014.
