141-13 July 1 6, 2013 RESOLUTION Downtown West Orange Alliance WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Jerry Guarino, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Downtown West Orange Alliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Jerry Guarino, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Downtown West Orange Alliance for a term commencing on July 1, 2013, and expiring on June 30, 2014.
