145-13 July 1 6, 2012 RESOLUTION Joint Meeting Commission WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a member of the Joint Meeting Commission; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Patty Spango to fulfill the remainder of Councilman Victor Cirilo’s two year term on the Joint Meeting Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Patty Spango, be and hereby is appointed as a member of the Joint Meeting Commission for the remainder of Councilman Cirilo’s two year term expiring on June 30, 2014.
