4-22 January 4, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Heyer, Gruel & Associates (“HGA”) responded to the Township’s Request for Qualifications pursuant to a fair and open process for professional planning services; and WHEREAS, the Township currently has a Downtown Redevelopment Plan which is contiguous to the area to be studied herein; and WHEREAS, HGA has agreed to provide professional planning services pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit “A”; and NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to approve the proposal, in the form annexed hereto, to retain HGA to provide professional planning services to the Township of West Orange on the terms and conditions set forth therein at the total cost not to exceed $22,000; and it is further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
