156-13 THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 2013 between SUBURBAN DISPOSAL, INC. (State whether a corporation, partnership, joint venture) hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, and the Township of West Orange, a municipal corporation of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the Township. WITNESSETH: For and in consideration of the amount expressed hereinafter, the parties agree as follows: 1. It is understood that the Township has awarded the Bid in question and the within Contract pursuant to Option#1 Items #1, #2 and #4 and Option #4 and Option #5. 2. The Contractor will furnish refuseand recycling collection and disposal services to the Township of West Orange, New Jersey, for a period of Five (5) years commencing September 9, 2013 in accordance with the Specifications entitled "Refuse And Recycling Collection Service, Township of West Orange", dated April 2013, and Proposal which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as if same were recited at length; and the Contractor agrees faithfully and promptly to comply with the terms of said Specifications and to meet and perform the obligations therein imposed upon the contractor. 3. The Township agrees to pay to the Contractor for the aforesaid period ofFive (5) years the sum stated in schedule attached forming part of said specifications attached hereto and made a part hereof, same to be paid monthly as more particularly set forth in the Specifications above referred to and the proposal attached hereto. In addition to said compensation, the Township agrees to pay the Contractor certain compensation based on certificates of occupancy issued subsequent to the commencement of work under this Contract at the rate set forth in said Specifications per month for each new unit. 4. The parties to this Contract do hereby agree that the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 through 10:2-4, dealing with discrimination in employment on public contracts, and the Rules and Regulations promulgated pursuant hereunto, are hereby made a part of this

Contract and are binding upon them.
