2 $50.00 non-residents $35.00 non-residents ; and WHEREAS, West Orange Ordinance 2-17.5 provides that “the Recreation Department may charge and collect in advance a reasonable fee for admission to or use the facilities, programs, or activities as specifically authorized by Resolution of Council”; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the above listed fees and rates be and are hereby approved and adopted for the 2022 season; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the West Orange Recreation Department be and hereby is authorized to charge the above rates to residents of the Township of West Orange.
