: AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT SERVICES In 2006; CGP&H was hired by the State to develop a procedures manual (Understanding UHAC, December 2006) and an accompanying workshop on the day-to-day administration of affordable housing units. Our firm was chosen for this important assignment due primarily to our unique combination of extensive experience as Administrative Agents, planners, and implementers of affordable housing projects throughout the state of New Jersey. We are very proud to have been a part of that project, and we continue to receive complements to this day pertaining to accomplishing our objective of making the often ; complicated UHAC rules easier to understand. CGP&H has overseen the rehabilitation of more than 3,500 homes in municipalities through New Jersey and Pennsylvania, currently providing housing rehabilitation services to 40 of our municipal clients and 2 county clients. CGP&H always ensures that every housing rehabilitation program is seamless and rooted in the principles of maximizing efficiencies while imparting a visible, long-term positive impact for communities.
