25-22 March 1, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the West Orange Recreation Department is required to establish fees and rates for various programs sponsored by the department; and Whereas, the department recognizes the financial challenges of many of our residents, have in the past and intend in the future to set said fees below standard market prices: and WHEREAS, program costs fluctuate year to year based on issues such as program length, cost of good & supplies, cost of staff, officials, and league registrations; and Whereas setting a range for program costs remains the best strategy to effectively deal with program cost fluctuations.
