49-22 March 15, 2022 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO CANCEL SEWER CHARGES TO THE LISTED TAXPAYERS PURSUANT TO EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE WHERAS, the Township of West Orange entered into an agreement with the County of Essex for easements and necessary right of ways for the construction of a sanitary sewer in South Mountain Reservation. WHEREAS, such agreement provided for the County’s annual sewer charge be off set. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the West Orange Township Council that the Collector of Taxes and the Treasurer of West Orange, be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cancel the charges due the Township from the taxpayer for the year 2022.
