Moon, Esq. appearing), and the Court having uploaded an Order to Show Cause with Temporary Restraints on February 3, 2022 concerning its Request for Proposals for Workers Compensation Third Party Administration and addenda thereto (collectively, the “Initial RFP”), and the Township having received the bids on February 1, 2022, and the parties having conferred as to an amicable resolution of this matter without any admission as to any issues; and for good cause shown rristhis_ 77H day MARSH 990. ORDERED as follows: 1. The Township agrees to request the Township Council to reject the Initial RFP received February 1, 2022 based upon the provisions of this Order;

If the Township Council does not approve this settlement, FMCO may move to reopen this case without prejudice to all parties’ rights, remedies and defenses, and it is further ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be served upon all parties/counsel of record within seven (7) days of the date hereof per the Rules of Court.
