2680-22 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE DRIVE – ROONEY CIRCLE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE (ADDING TO LIST OF PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY that the Executive Drive – Rooney Circle Redevelopment Plan of the Township of West Orange be and is hereby amended as follows: I. PURPOSE The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Executive Drive – Rooney Circle Redevelopment Plan to permit billboards, subject to certain conditions. II. THE EXECUTIVE DRIVE – ROONEY CIRCLE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN SHALL BE AND HEREBY IS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING AS A PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USE IN THE EXECUTIVE DRIVE MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE DISTRICT:  Billboards (static or digital) subject to the following: o Sharing of income acceptable to the Township. o Planning Board approval. III. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. IV. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. V.
