103-22 April 26, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) seeks to renew its agreement with Superior Vision for a Four-Year term (the “Term”) from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026 (the “Extension”); and WHEREAS, the monthly guaranteed rates for the Term are unchanged and are set forth in the Extension annexed hereto the Attachment “A”; and NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLOVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, that the Township shall and hereby does authorize the Amendment, at the guaranteed rates set forth therein; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Business Administrator be and is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the Extension; and be it further RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be published and made available in the Clerk’s Office for a reasonable inspection on accordance with applicable law.
