121-22 April 26, 2022 TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH JOHN O. GROSS THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2022 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024 WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) desires to enter into an agreement with Chief Financial Officer John O. Gross memorializing the terms and condition of his employment for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024; WHEREAS, the terms of which are set forth in the Agreement between the Township of West Orange and John O. Gross, Chief Financial Officer (the “Agreement”) attached hereto as Exhibit A; WHEREAS, the Mayor has reviewed the terms of the Agreement and deemed them to be acceptable; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Township, the Agreement in substantially the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A and the Township Clerk be and is hereby authorized to attest to the Mayor’s signature. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law. ________________________________ ________________________________ Karen J.
