675-22 April 26, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Dominick Enterprises, Inc. is the current holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-032-008 of the Township of West Orange; and WHEREAS, application has been made for a person to person and place to place transfer of the above-mentioned license from Dominick Enterprises, Inc. to A.M.W.O., LLC t/a Llewellyn Parq, 104 Harrison Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052; and WHEREAS, the principals of the applicant have been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license having been found and the transfer having been recommended for approval; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on February 3 and February 10, 2022 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted regarding the proposed person to person and place to place transfer on April 26, 2022, and no one appeared in opposition thereto; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council sitting as the ABC Board for the Township of West Orange, hereby approves the person to person and place to place transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-032-008, license from Dominick Enterprises, Inc. to A.M.W.O., LLC t/a Llewellyn Parq, 104 Harrison Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 effective immediately.
