Mayor Parisi, Council President McCartney, Ladies and Gentlemen: I request you extend the contracts with Rich Tree Service, Savatree (formerly Tree Tech, Inc.), and Downes Tree Service for Emergency and Non-Emergency Tree Services for 2022 as well as extend the contract for Tree Removal Services for Rich Tree Service and Downes Tree Service for 2022. The contracts were awarded for a one (1) year period commencing January 1, 2020 with an option to renew for an additional two (2) one-year periods for the years 2021 and 2022.
