The bid results are attached for your reference. We have reviewed the Bid Package of the low bidder H & S Construction & Mechanical and we found them to be responsive in their bid. We have checked the current “Debarred List” by the New Jersey Department of Labor, and they are not currently debarred. We have confirmed that they are “Registered Contractors” with the New Jersey Department of Labor. It is our opinion that H & S Construction & Mechanical is the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
