146-22 May 24, 2022 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PAYMENT TO THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO OVERPAYMENT WHEREAS a special assessment payment was made on October 20, 2021 for Block 101.02 Lot 1.01, Glen Ave; WHEREAS, the payment created an overpayment in the amount of $125.62; WHEREAS, the homeowner has requested that the overpayment be refunded to them. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the West Orange Township Council that the Collector of Taxes and Treasurer of West Orange, be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cause to be paid to the homeowners the tax refund due: Karen J.
