686-22 June 14, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Panorama, LLC, is the holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722- 33-037-008; and WHEREAS, Panorama, LLC. t/a Chit Chat Diner has made application for a place-to-place transfer and expansion of premises at their location, 410 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange; and WHEREAS, the principal has been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on May 22, 2022 and June 2, 2022 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on June 14, 2022 and no one appeared in opposition thereto; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange hereby authorizes the place-to-place transfer and expansion of premises of Plenary Retail Distribution License No. 0722-33-037-008, Panorama, LLC. t/a Chit Chat Diner, 410 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, and is hereby approved. ______________________________________ __________________________________ Karen J.
