161-22 June 28, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, an application has been submitted by the Essex County Country Club, which wishes to sponsor its annual Fourth of July fireworks exhibition at the Essex County Country Club grounds on July 3, 2022 (Rain Date: July 9, 2022); and WHEREAS, all of the necessary documentation has been submitted to the Township Clerk, on an Application for Permission to Conduct Fireworks Display (the “Application”), as required by State and local law; and WHEREAS, the Application indicates that Garden State Fireworks, Inc., P.O. Box 403, 383 Carlton Road, Millington, New Jersey, 07946, will provide and supervise the fireworks display; and WHEREAS, the Application has been reviewed and approved by the Township Fire Official, and confirms that a Certificate of Insurance naming the Township as an additional insured has been provided; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the Essex County Country Club be and is hereby granted permission to conduct a firework display on July 3, 2022 (Rain Date: July 9, 2022); subject to the directives of the Fire Official, or his designees. ________________________________ Karen J.
