700-22 August 9, 2022 RESOLUTION OF THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD RESOLUTION RESCINDING IN PART ABC RESOLUTION NO. 688-22 and 659-21 REMOVING LICENSE NO. 0722-33-067-010 FAN & JADE, INC., AS A LICENSEE APPROVED FOR RENEWAL FOR THE 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 LICENSE TERMS FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN SPECIAL RULING WHEREAS, the Clerk of the West Orange ABC Board, believing that the following NJ ABC Licensee, License No. 0722-33-067-010 Fan & Jade, Inc. was qualified for renewal of said License for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 License Terms, according to her records having applied and paid all fees due for renewal of those Licenses and believing all other requirements to have been met as well; and WHEREAS, that the Licensee was therefore included with others on West Orange Township ABC Board Resolution No. 688-22, adopted by the ABC Board at its regular meeting on June 28, 2022 renewing for the 2022/23 license term and Resolution No. 659-21 adopted by the ABC Board on June 22, 2021 renewing for the 2021/22 license term; and WHEREAS, the Clerk having realized the licensee failed in fact to qualify for renewal in that the Licensee neglected to obtain Special Ruling for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 renewal period(s), such failures and deficiencies requiring rescission of the Township’s annual approval for License No. 0722-33-067-010 Fan & Jade, Inc., for those License Terms; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, SITTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD, that the portion of West Orange Township ABC Resolution No. 688-22 and Resolution No. 659-21 setting forth as qualified for renewal and renewing License No. 0722-33-067-010 Fan & Jade, Inc., for the 2021- 2022 and 2022-2023 License Terms, are to that extent and that extent only, hereby rescinded, excising that Licensee from the list of those which were to be renewed for those respective License terms, all in accordance with instructions received by and on behalf of the New Jersey ABC Licensing Bureau. ____________________________________ __________________________________ Karen J.
