(Crew) submitted Proposal P2641 (Proposal) for providing Professional Engineering Services for the proposed Kingsley Street and Wheeler Street Improvements and Wheeler Street Sanitary Sewer. The project was originally intended to be bid as a single project; however, you advised us on April 6, 2022 that the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development is requiring the project to be bid as two separate projects. We request an additional authorization in the amount of $2,000 for increasing our Scope of Services detailed in the Proposal to include this additional work. The total of our authorization request of $2,000 and our original lump sum fee of $22,000 is $24,000. Please call if you have any questions or wish to meet to discuss this project.
